Ford Blue Advantage: Certified Confidence

When you buy a Ford certified pre-owned vehicle, confidence comes standard. These models take all the guesswork out of buying a used model, thanks to their limited warranty coverage, 24/7 roadside assistance, FordPass Rewards Points, and other benefits.

There are three different types of Ford certified pre-owned vehicle: Gold Certified, EV Certified, and Blue Certified. Gold Certified vehicles are up to six years old with less than 80,000 miles. To be Gold Certified, a used Ford must pass a 172-point inspection. EV Certified models meet the same qualifications, but they’re all-electric Ford models, such as the Mustang Mach-E and F-150 Lighting. Blue Certified models are up to 10 years old, with less than 150,000 miles. They’ve passed a 139-point inspection. Blue Certified models are the only models in the program that can be both Ford and non-Ford pre-owned vehicles.
